Pour information, lorsque j'ai écrit un email au service client de Bath & Body Works, ils m'ont tout de suite répondu et m'ont annoncé qu'ils m'avaient renvoyé une nouvelle bougie (avec les frais de port gratuits). Un service client serviable et super efficace !
